The 1st annual "Kettlebell Blast" is approaching, what event are you donna do? We will have 4 different categories:
1) Weight Loss
2) Strength Gain
3) Endurance
4) Technique
These will be defined in the next couple of days. Please feel free to suggest routines for these categories.
This is not a true competition, its really a motivational contest to see how much improvement can be made in 10 weeks. The starting point will be March 1st - thats when you will first be tested, then take the identical test 10 weeks later.
How much you improved will be the basis for the contest.
